We have 4 spinning units operating under J.K. Spinning Mills Limited. We can produce 100% cotton, PC, PP, PV and viscose yarns. Our count range is ne 10s to 170s.
Spinning unit 1 has 6,000 rotors with a production capacity of 8,700 tons of yarn per year. Spinning unit 2 has 38,304 spindles with a production capacity of 8,700 tons of yarn per year. Spinning unit 3 has 92,338 spindles with annual production capacity of 7000 tons of yarn. Spinning unit 4 has 52,896 spindles with a production capacity of 8700 tons of yarn per year.
Our spinning plants are equipped with the most advanced and modern machines, supported by high-tech labs.We also have the facility to make two-fold yarns on two-for-one (TFO) twisting machines.
