Key Responsibilities:

  • Income Tax Management:
    • Prepare and file income tax returns for the group and its subsidiaries.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
    • Conduct tax planning and strategize to optimize the group’s tax position.
    • Manage tax audits and liaise with tax authorities.
    • Stay updated with changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company.
  • Corporate Management:
    • Oversee corporate governance practices, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
    • Maintain and update corporate records, including board resolutions, minutes, and statutory registers.
    • Coordinate with internal legal advisors on corporate legal matters.
    • Ensure timely filing of annual returns and other corporate filings.
    • Assist in corporate restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions from a tax and legal perspective.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • In-depth knowledge of income tax laws, corporate law, and financial reporting standards.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounts & Finance or related field
    • Good communication skills
    • 02 to 03 Years prior experience in relevant field
