Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Textile Engineering (Master’s preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of work study, SMV, efficiency monitoring, line balancing, and lean tools
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
