Front Desk Attendant (Female)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephonic calls.
- Assist with administrative tasks and managing correspondence.
- Provide information and directions to visitors and staff.
- Support Administration departments as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good communication skills
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
