We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Online Bidder / Business Development Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our business growth by utilizing your expertise in online bidding, client acquisition, and digital marketing. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying potential clients, engaging in initial negotiations, and effectively utilizing various profiling and freelancing platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in online bidding to generate new business opportunities and increase revenue streams.
• Actively search for and target potential clients through research and lead generation.
• Initiate and manage the initial stages of client interactions, including negotiation and project scope discussions.
• Utilize digital marketing strategies to enhance the company’s online presence and attract potential clients.
• Create and maintain comprehensive company profiles to showcase our services and strengths.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Basic IT knowledge to navigate and interact effectively on online freelancing platforms.

• Provide helpdesk assistance in resolving software, hardware and network related problems.
• Assist in equipment set-up and software installation and updates.
• Assist in Email Generation and Configuration.
• Configure computers for new users.
• Respond to service calls and emails promptly.
