About the Role

J.K. Group is seeking a competent and dedicated Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Accounts to join our dynamic Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial projections, reporting, documentation, and supporting key financial functions to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Financial Projections / Accounts Projections
• Prepare Final Accounts & Financial Statements
• Perform Markup / Interest Calculations & Working
• Manage Bank Limits Applications, Renewal & Documentation
• Conduct Financial Ratio Analysis & Reporting
• Prepare Ledgers, Reconciliations, and relevant financial records
• Provide support in financial analysis, reporting, and audits
• Collaborate with internal teams and banks for smooth financial operations
• Perform any tasks assigned by the HOD related to Accounts & Finance

• Good knowledge of Financial Instruments & Finance Concepts
• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Windows, Mac, and Linux systems.
• Oversee and handle Domain Controller (DC) and Active Directory Controller (ADC) operations.
• Configure and maintain proxy servers on Windows and Linux platforms.
• Leverage knowledge of mobile apps and data management (preferred).
• Configure and operate routers, ensuring seamless network performance.
• Handle LAN, VLAN, and routing for efficient network connectivity.
• Demonstrate expertise in network administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and uphold network security protocols and tools.
• Work with LAN/WAN technologies and various network protocols.
• Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and other network security technologies.

Education & Qualifications:

• Master/Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) (preferred).
• Hands-on experience in Network Security, LAN/WAN technologies, and troubleshooting complex systems.

Qualification Required:

BS(CS), MCS

Experience Required:

Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in relevant field.

Preferences:

☑ Experience in Oracle Forms & Reports (6i, 12c) Oracle Apex will be an edge
☑ Create and modify PL/SQL packages, Procedures, Functions, triggers and views, etc.
☑ Having strong analytical skills
☑ Having grip on SQL query writing and PL/SQL programming
☑ Participates in design and coding activities with other staff members
☑ Perform design and development of Oracle applications according to project requirements
☑ Good communication skills and problem-solving attitude
