The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets, managing and expanding client relationships, identifying new markets and business opportunities, and leading negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract finalization. The role also involves close coordination with production, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager in a relevant field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
• Solid understanding of textile manufacturing, export markets, and customer requirements
